I want my account credited now. You are a very ********* business

Takealot is refusing to credit my account with the value of a Hisense TV that is still under warranty. Hisense has confirmed that they have furnished Talealot with all the details they need to credit my account. This was completed on 21 November and still Takealot hasn't credited my account. I think they are waiting for Black Friday to pass so that I can't use the credit to shop black Friday deals. This is very underhanded and ************ on their part. It's ********* business practice.
