I've been using Takealot since the 'Take 5' days & honestly, I've never experienced better service even at walk in retail stores. I've purchased quite a bit and every purchase was prompt, efficient. Awesome service! I've returned something recently, and without hesitation, I was credited. Well done Takealot! Please continue the outstanding customer service if you want to maintain a large, happy clientelle. Eleanor Ndhlovu recently dealt with a return. Well done to you! ***** 5 stars for you!
