i thought online purchasing was the best but i was wrong

I am really disappointed with this takealot online purchasing they gave me a voucher of R300 as the first online purchasing customer and now when I am using it, it is already expired but there were no such communication before. I thought online purchasing was very convenient and cheap for us as customers but i was wrong.
