I supposedly signed for a package that wasn't delivered!

I ordered from takealot and I was given the date of delivery on the 9th, on the 9th it was moved to the 10th before 5pm. At 16:38 I received an sms saying that I signed for the package. All I'm getting is we will look into it. Now I'm told that the driver was told to come sort out the issue with me at 8am today the 11th, it is now after 12 and i had to phone them to find this out. This is unacceptable. I expect better service from takealot!
