I received an email telling me that my return (MRRN-J7B9P-ARK9) would be collected on Tuesday 18 June. Please explain why your courier is standing outside my house now, on the 17th June. Are you idiots too stupid to read a calendar? Also, I have no way of contacting you by email--when I rep**** to your collection email I received an incredibly rude message telling me that my email would not be rep**** to, so I have to resort to Hellopeter.
