I returned a faulty product and never received money or credit for it.

If I could rate Takealot less I would have.I am posting this everywhere. I returned 2 products that was faulty one was a TV box and the other was a camera. The description in the TV box when I looked at it to buy it, it said that I can watch Netflix, Prime, Disney+, I then bough the box because that is all I watch. I switched it on and tried logging into my Disney+ account it says that my account does not exist so I was confused I was 100% sure I do have one so I then logged out on my phone and back into my account and it worked after Multiple attempts and same error message I then I decided ok lets try Netflix. There was no Netflix anywhere on the box. I went into the play store and google play apps the box says that I can not download Netflix onto the TV box because Netflix does not exist I tried multiple times and nothing so I returned the TV BOX on the 13 September 2025, it is 6 Jan 2026 they have not refunded my money nor credited me and not replaced the Box. They just took it took my money and ignoring me. I logged several mails and calls nothing happened they do not care.

I then bought cameras for my house they keep braking in and steeling. This is apparently a very good camera it is Waterproof that was my most important inquiry because it is an outside camera and all the bells and whistles was included. 2 Months after I used the camera the one got water damage on the inside, I took photos and Videos to show them that the water proof camera got water on the inside 2 months of use this is nonsense I want I new one because I still need the camera. I showed them when they came and picked it up the camera was returned on the 26th of November I mailed and Called them it is the 6 of Jan and Takealot just do not care. So they stole twice from me I keep asking logging requests on google where they take me and there is just no response. I won't EVER use Takealot again I will tell every person that I now how pathectic they are this is Unacceptable that Takealot **** people like this and get away with it.
