I regret ordering from this business. Beware!!

On the 21st of December, I ordered two items from takealot. Fiber and Hair piece. To my surprise, on the 23rd the courier called me and said he has my parcel but can not deliver to my address in Mamelodi because because of fear of being hijacked and that he is at a police station. As an understanding person, I went to the police station to fetch my parcel, to my surprise, it was only one item whereas I ordered two. The courier said he was only given one item to deliver to me. I have been struggling to get refund for the undelivered item since the 23rd of December. When I contact takealot customer service, they always tell me that they will speak to the delivery team and get back to me. I've been waiting for 7 days days now for them to either refund me or deliver the item.

It means I gave a rich company my money for the fun of it. Because I don't need the money I guess. What a horrible experience with this company. Their customers service workers are inexperienced and lack the urgency to resolve queries.
