I regret buying from this site!! Worst customer service ever!

Client reference (RRN-8523-a451) On 2018-08-30 I received two sony xperia xa1 ultra which had a warranty of 12months from takealot. During the months one of the phones stop working so I requested a return order on the product so that it can be fixed as the screen of the phone froze did not want to display anything, so the phone was then replaced. A few months later the second phone started ending up calls during conversations and frizzing so I requested a return order as well , the phone went back then after a few days takealot sent me an email stating that they had replaced the ear speaker, Lcd, sub and mandatory adhesives I then emailed back stating my problem was not a hardware but software after a week they then sent the phone back to me without my knowledge, when I got hold of the phone I noticed it was dark the level of brightness was low and when I tried to increase it, it did not allow. I then called takealot to tell them about the problem and that I want a refund as they have been making me go back and forth calling them everyday to resolve my problem so during the call I was reassured that I will receive my refund once they have received the phone back, days later I called and was told the phone is being evaluated and I would be updated , a week went by without an updated every time I called in they gave me the run around saying that they’ll get back to me with an update by the end of the day but nothing happen I even emailed them they did not respond to my emails I spent weeks trying to get an update only for them to sent me an email stating that they have sent the phone back again which I was not informed about (phone was delivered next door)I later discovered that the screen was still dark and the sim card tray was missing. I request another return order the phone was later return back to takealot till this day I don’t know if it is fixed or if they replaced the sim card tray i have requested another fund since it has passed 21days but I still have not received my refund or any response from them till this day. Ive requested to speak to supervisors and they have promised to get back to me and till this day still nothing. I regret buying from this site! Never again.
