I received an empty box..

My phone calls to them has cost me more than the item so I decided to write it off after a week as they did not resolve the issue. I will no longer purchase from this online store and I have since then advised others about my bad experience lest they fall into the same trap. It's theft when I pay for an item and reveive a sealed empty box.
