I received a used/secondhand package/gift/box

So I received my takealot order on Friday the 28th of Feb 2020. When I got home I opened the box to find that the wireless earphones I have ordered had a damaged/open box where the seal was broken. The box was also in a plastic zip lock bag? I proceeded to open the bag and the box of the earphones and found that the little black container was dirty. I did not test the earphones. I must tell you that I bought these earphones for my fives bday the 19th of March and I am not happy giving her this gift. I expect when buying from Takealot that I receive a brand new gift and not a second hand already used(by the looks of it) gift. I buy from Takealot almost every month(you can look up my profile and see) and this has left a bad taste in my mouth.
