I purchased a smart tv from takealot on the 21/04

I purchased a smart tv from takealot on the 21/04 .the tv was nothing as advertised .the apps dont work and also stalls .i returned the unit to takealot and its been almost a week and they cant seem to get my refund processed .they keep advising that they have escalated to the relevant department and waiitng for feedback .i need to utilise the item for a function ,hence purchased it way in advance and now its a disaster .i would also like to add that items description did not match its realtime performance ,becareful when purchasing items online from takelot.com.They have a returns department ,which is like non existent -you have to believe what a 3rd person advises when it comes to returns .if you enjoy having to fight your way from agent to agent to get service or a fair outcome then go ahead and purchase from these people .
