I purchased a ryobi mitre saw on behalf of my dad

I purchased a ryobi mitre saw on behalf of my dad . He decided he no longer wanted it due to the size . I then cancelled ordered before delivery. I requested a refund payment made from my dad’s card . It says on the app that it was processed the 6th of March it’s however the 21st of March he still haven’t received money . I’ve personally never experienced this in the past
