I purchase from Takealot on a regular basis

I purchase from Takealot on a regular basis. Min once a month on average twice. I purchased 3 cases of sparkling water. All 3 cases were flat..no sparkle. When I contacted Takealot they informed me they could not assist as I had drunk from all 3 cases. I explained that I would take from the one case and top up the other two to full and then they could replace the other two full cases. I was told they can't do that. I asked why ? The cases are full I have received a product that is essentially "off" and I was willing to sacrifice one case. On my absolute insistence that I was going to lay a complaint a query was lodged . It's been more than a week ..no one has contacted me or offered any further assistance. However they DO send me an email daily to rate the service of the consultant who " helped" me. Disappointed! Takealot was always the one company I thought one could expect fair and prompt service from.
