I place an order for...

I place an order for car care kit on 27/10/2024.....then on the 6/11/2024 i received an sms saying my order will be delivered no later than 17:00 pm...but no delivery came,the following day i sent email querying about my delivery,they rep**** that i will receive my order on monday 11/11/2024....i emailed them requesting the deliver my parcel to my home address since a wasnt at work that day,they rep**** and told me about the cancellation process,i rep**** and told them im not cancelling anything i only want my order delivered to me...still on monday no delivery was made...theres no communication now from monday. I have been a loyal customer to takealot for yeas,im not expecting this kind of treatment.
