I paid the money but I didn't get the goods

Takealot has really let me down by taking my money and not dealing with the damaged item that was delivered to me.

I logged MRRN-W6M8O-OWMX as soon as I saw the product was delivered damaged (3 December 2023). The courier then failed to collect it within the required timeframe and cancelled the return, even though we are always home. I then logged MRRN-E6OZE-794B but it was received into the warehouse as MRRN-W6M8O-OWMX and rejected because it was more than 7 days after receiving the product. The same damaged product was then shipped to me again and now I have logged MRRN-Z8WWX-GEWB as the table is still damaged as delivered. It was finally collected as MRRN-25YZG-RXOM and now no-one at take-a-lot is responding to me anymore. The systems used by takealot for returns appear very confusing
