I paid an extra fee for next day delivery and I still don’t have the items I ordered

I paid an extra fee for next day delivery and I still don’t have the items I ordered. No communication from takealot. Why did they label the items “Get it tomorrow” if they don’t have the stock??? And again they charged me for that? Been waiting and I’m losing patience 😡😡😡
