I ordered three items

I ordered three items. When the delivery arrived they insisted there were only two items. My partner received the two and asked about the third and was told there was nothing. They then completed the order and said that I had signed for it, I wasn’t even there. My partner never signed anything either. Since then I received one email, where I sent all the pictures as requested. I have had no response! Something that costs R2000 and it disappeared. I’m extremely disappointed in takealot as their service delivery has deteriorated significantly!
