I ordered an electronic toothbrush but I received a different item

I ordered an electronic toothbrush but I received a different item. I have been trying to return this toothbrush for nearly a week and no body replies on the emails and no one answers the phone. In two occasions I was holding for over 20 min with no answer. I just want the item returned and my money refunded.
