I ordered a new stove from Takealot

I ordered a new stove from Takealot. 1. They send me notification they will deliver 6 June, then they reschedule for 7 June one's again they reschedule for 8 June, disruptioning me. Now the stove gets delivered but the glass lid is missing. They say I have to send back the complete stove. This is totally unacceptable because I will be without a stove for next week or 2. I expect Takealot to send me a glass lid only.
