I ordered a digital camera from them and it was around 1300 and I received delivery of it but it was not what I expected was light like a toy and difficult to use

I ordered a digital camera from them and it was around 1300 and I received delivery of it but it was not what I expected was light like a toy and difficult to use. I requested it be returned and they did collect it from me and that was the end of it. I have not received my refund till now I find their service very suspicious and unprofessional. I would not want to order from them ever again
