I ordered 5 flat cables but they delivered the wrong product

I ordered 5 flat cables but they delivered the wrong product. I ordered for my uncle, he needed those cables to connect some electrical wires. To use the cables you need to open the cable to access the inside wires right, he opened and he figured they delivered the wrong product. We then returned all 5 cables but they refunded only 4. When I sent an inquiry, they said they received only 4 cables but I returned 5. I’ve been emailing and calling since July and they’ve been “waiting” for the factory’s feedback. I’m tired to be honest, I just want my money
