I ordered 4 items from them on the 8th July 2024 and received 3 items

I ordered 4 items from them on the 8th July 2024 and received 3 items. Up until today we have been going back and fourth. They are just not interested in replacing the 4 item. I paid for 4 and received 2. This order is just a mess. They don't call you when ask them to call you because the emails are just so much.
