I ordered 2 pairs of...

I ordered 2 pairs of Shoes 3 months ago...When my parcel delivered to me 1 pare of shoes were wrong order...I then sent delivered return email to takealot ...2 weeks passed and delivery never came to pick up wrong shoes... I then took them to takealot branch office in Bloemfontein where they made manual returned to takealot DC......I was told that the shoes arrived in takealot DC and the will load credit for me......till today it's been 3 months going back and forth with their employees of takealot DC.....By now I engaged with more than 15 employees promised to solve my matter.....Verry unprofessional
