I now HATE Takealot and their insulting service

I run and AirBnB and needed 5 elctric blankets in a hurry, I paid exta for next day delivery. Their app was updated at 14H30 on day of delivery to say the goods have left depot to courier. Nothing arrived. They still use covid as an excuse to have their call centre closed. You can only e-mail and hope for the best. I have woked hard to be a super host and have great client reviews. All blows up in a day. And all I get is a message to say that depite me paying extra for same day delivery they took the decision to change delivery day. And I only gort this message the folloing day!
