i not happy with takealote anymore

i bought a battery at takealote on the 19th of December ,so i returned 20th of december 2023 ,i sent them the email and i recorded the email too,but one come to collect the items ,on the 28th of February 2024 i try to call them to come to collect the items ,they came and check items still sild ,so i received the email that's the items is damaged i don't how because the courier guy come to collect they was damage.i told them to take it back i don't want it back.
