I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

Takealot placed an order yesterday to be delivered today. The app says the order has been delivered and signed by someone who is not even in the country. The order was never received, takelot has a lousy complaint process, they get back to you with 72 hours??!!! Yet they can do same day and next day delivery. I need someone to get back to me with an answer now.
