I need the remaining items that were not delivered.

I placed an order on the app waited for over a week before it was delivered however the delivery date was supposed to be on the 06/12/2022 according to the app but no deliveries were made I then called on the 8th to check what is happening I was advised that they will be using third party to deliver on Friday the 9th I received my order however the wines that I ordered were not there then the driver told me that they will deliver them separately as it’s possible for 1 order to have multiple deliveries I haven’t received my WINES but to my surprise on the app it says order delivered.
