I need my voucher or my money back please!!!

I bought a R1000 voucher like 7 hrs ago, I haven't received confirmation email and voucher number. Called their call center spoke to Simone who advised me that she will escalate and there is no turn around time. So I should sit here and wait for something I don't when it will be resolved.
