I need my TV back

I recently purchased a TV from Takealot, and while the initial shopping experience was satisfactory, the post-purchase process has been extremely frustrating. Upon receiving the TV, I noticed that the volume was not working. I decided to return the TV for an exchange, and while Takealot accepted the return, I realized I no longer had the TV stands.

Given this, I opted to take the TV back, despite the missing accessories. However, today is the 10th of the new month, and I still have not received my TV back. The TV was collected on the 20th of May, and the delay and lack of communication regarding its status are unacceptable.

I am very upset about this situation and demand a prompt resolution.
