I need my refund

I purchased RCT MegaPower 2KVA/200W Inverter Trolley with 2 x 100AH Battery and it stopped backing up after months and it did the return option and they came to collect the inverter on the 19 June and I gave the driver everything and now the telling me there’s accessories missing which is false I gave them everything and I since I haven’t gotten and my refund or any sort of solution and I Purchased the Inverter with R23194.00
