I need my refund back from the takealot

Good morning

Please assist as I lost hope on getting g help or being assistant by takealot.. On the 21st February 2023 I bought a laptop power supply via takealot.. I made the payment via pay_fast option and the payment went through n my account was debited only to find out that there was a problem with the payment option (pay_fast) where by it takes the money from people's account but doesn't pay off the transaction which means takealot never received my payment on their end... I logged the case with pay_fast ticket ID 740756.. And also logged the case with takealot case #***8.. Pay fast responded to me and advise me that they have send or revert the money na k to takealot on the 21st as per email I received from pay_fast... But takealot keeps on telling me they haven't received the money and keeps on sending me automated emails concerning my case... And that they still working on it today on the 6th..
