I need an urgent exchange

I recently put through a large order with Takealot.

One of the items does not fit my husband and i have been trying very hard to get an "exchange". The return option on your site does not work as i keep getting and error 400 code. I have called into your call centre, music starts playing and then the call just goes dead.

Please can someone get back to me urgently on this matter.
