I need an invoice

I ordered a lot of things for a lot of money from Takealot. I have to claim the amount back from my company but require an invoice. I have a deadline else the money will be for my account. Takealot is quick to take your money but doesn't really care for any other customer needs. I NEED AN INVOICE!!!! what is so difficult, this will make me not shop from Takealot again and tell all my friends how unwilling to help Takealot is.
