I made a return on the 12 of October 2023 for a stove with a warranty still valid

I made a return on the 12 of October 2023 for a stove with a warranty still valid. They declined my Return and my the product came back with missing parts. Now they refuse to give back the parts and say they return everything. What took them 3 months to complete a return. Why suddenly missing parts.
