I'm paying ****erally) for Takealot's mistakes

<p>I registered as a new customer because I was told about a voucher. But every step so far has made me wish that I never signed up in the first place. The person that told me to register regrets telling me too. But the issue: I ordered something that showed cd/DVD on the website, but when received was only a cd (no DVD). I of course queried only to eventually be told that it is supposed to be a cd and that the website had the wrong description. I then logged a return as it was not was I expected/ordered only to be locked out of my account for weeks (apparently because they didn't think I existed). I could see that they received my item but only when I got access to my account again did I see no credit. When queried I got told that I couldn't get a refund because I used a voucher. So now not only did I give back the cd, I also lost the voucher. All because they had a description wrong on their site, I'm paying for takealot' s mistakes. The items that remain are not worth the money I spent. So I will have to log a return for them all. Regret joining takealot. Every step has been unpleasant. Would not recommend them to anyone. Will stick to loot and raru. </p>
