I have to say I have had consistently great service from Takealot for years now! A few orders have been delayed which has been disappointing- especially when gifts - but overall, their service is reliable, timeous and excellent compared to other online shopping options! Plus, if you are not happy with the product received / it’s faulty etc, they have been excellent at collecting it very fast and reimbursing or replacing the item. Recommend Takealot 💯.
