I love Takealot and for me they score a 10 !

I had started using Takealot a few years ago when I discovered that they were prepared to deliver to a tiny town in the Northern Cape. During Lockdown they were absolutely an essential service, and it was the highlight of my week to get a delivery from them. Great service, friendly and professional delivery people, and their returns policy is really first class. Never a query or a moan if you need to return something, and refund processed timeously
