I haven't received my refund after 20 days of bearing with them

I ordered sneakers and paid the following day but when I check after 2 days it said order cancelled and when I call the consultant confirmed my deposit,I requested a refund and submitted the banking details and they said I will be refunded in 14 days but now it's 20 days and when I query again,they tell me about 10 days,I've been with Superbalist for more than 5 years now and they have never did this,I hate to say Take alot is not compliant, they are ******.
