I have to pay yet another delivery fee

I bought wireless Bluetooth headphones on Takealot in January this year and they got faulty last month and stopped charging. The return took 2-3 weeks to be processed and now they credited me the amount I bought the headsets for and now I'm liable to pay for yet another delivery fee. I bought those headphones for school purposes and now I'm stuck without them. Very disappointed in Takealot
