I have seldom dealt with a more *********** company than Takealot delivery/collection services

Takealot are a great company, what a pity they are badly let down by their totally inept delivery company. They were supposed to collect a fridge I had returned, it was not anything like I expected, yesterday, they never bothered to arrive. I received a sms at about 18:30 sayingh they tried to collect so woukld now reshedule. I rep**** that they were lying as I had been home all day. I then received at 06:38 this morning 4 different sms's stating they are collecting, then a few seconds later they have not been able to, then a few seconds later they are collecting then............... you get the drift. Takealot what the h*ll am I supposed to do?
