I have returned a product back to Takealot on the 17th of April and as of today there has been no resolution

I have returned a product back to Takealot on the 17th of April and as of today there has been no resolution. Despite multiple follow ups..I have been fed lies , misled and conflicting updates. Initially, I was told the supplier was taking too long to respond-only later to find out that the item was never sent to the supplier during that time. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of urgency , complete disregard for consumer trust and time and the level of service. This experience has been utterly disappointing and I hope HelloPeter helps highlight just how unprofessional this handling has been.
