I have requested for metal fan
This is my second complaint with Take A lot, I have ordered fan on the 20th and my order was cancelled and I placed another order on the 3rd but because the was no description of whether the fan was metal or plastic, I requested 2 agents named Yolanda and Sheena to come back to me with the clear description of the fan and if it was plactic I would want to cncel the order, of which they never did and I assumed it was metal.to my suprise the fan was delivered yesterday and it was plastic of which I didn't want. I am beyond disappointed, shattered with the service I am receiving from you guys, first you cancelled my order the very same day it was suppose to be delivered and now you delivering something I did not want and I have requested that you verify. Yes it was delivered quicker than I expected but its not what I wanted. I am really getting sick hey
