I have received an insulting service ever

I bought a a Sumsung A12 via take a lot online shopping in March. The phone needed a pin as soon as I put my old sim in. Which puzzled me because I never had a pin on my sim. Therefore I called Take a lot with a hope that my be they need to reset it for me which turned out to be not the case they also claim that the pin is not theirs. So they asked me to file for a return which I did and it was collected by their drivers, few days later the phone was delivered to my surprise is the same phone written declined. I send it back with the same driver. I started to follow up explaining that all I want is a phone that I can use not a dummy they insisting that I must take. Then I decided to ask for a refund on the 3rd of May now that I can see no one is interested in getting the me phone I have paid for for over 2 months still not in my hands.

They wont give me a refund and they wont give a phone that is working now am so confused as to what kind of a *******ion hub Take a lot is running. As for much insult they throwing at me telling to take a phone that is not working is beyond me. This is pure insult.
