I have not received all my items

On the 26 Nov 2021 (black Friday) i purchased nine items (order no. ***6) from takealot of which i requested to be collected for their collection point in fordsburg. Up until today i have only received 2 items of the above mentioned 9. I have put in queries and the only response i have been getting is they will look into. Im highly disappointed with this service and by the looks of these reviews i am not the only one that this has been happened too.
