I have never received such bad service in my entire life

I have never received such bad service in my entire life. I bought a couch at take a lot in July only to realise after 10days that it had defect, I then asked them to exchange for the same one. They keep sending me from pillar to post. To this day I don’t have my couch no my refund. They are basically *****ing my money! I’m appalled and disgusted 🤮
