i have here of other people who have problems with them as well... give them 1 star for very bad service

hi i have send my tv back because there was something very small wrong with it and it was still under guarantee. they ask me to pack it for pick up. me 4 times dubbelwrap it and cover with a box send it back for repairs. they first take very very long and the next moment they tell me that i drop the tv ,they not gona work on it. they send it back. i compliant and say that it was not broken. they ask me if i have pictures to proof. what i have taken before send it of. i have taken quiet a lot and send it . now they tell me that it was not pack correct. they change there story
