Delaying tectics of warranty. On the 29 June I complained why it has to take a 10 days to return a product. They told me to relog and the return reference I did the reference MRRN-J59RAVNW7 I and it was clear marked that I want refund. Cause I didn't damaged the phone. And I can not buy the phone in six months stopped working and telling me about repairing. That simply means takealot sells refurbished or factory reject products.
