I have been ordering a Galaxy Fix 3 watch strap for the last 2 months

I have been ordering a Galaxy Fix 3 watch strap for the last 2 months. Every time the WRONG strap gets sent. I log returns and eventually I get refunded. Then I order a different Galaxy Fit 3 strap and again the WRONG strap gets sent. I am SO frustrated. You have ruined my daughter's birthday gift by being ***********. You need to fire the idiot that does the labeling of your watch straps!!
