I hate takealot to the core

I bought a front loader on the 22 November 2023,and was supposed to to be delivered on 24 N I received email saying parcel was lost on the transit and they said it will be delivered on the 27 before 17:00 I called at 17:00 and they said they will delay but will be delivered on the 27, on 28 November I called and still saying driver is on the way so driver is on the way from 17:00 on the 27
