I HATE BEING TREATED LIKE THIS!!!! TAKE ALOT IS A ****

I am highly fustrated in the lack of care and proper investigation and processing done upon my return of a unopened sealed washing machine prior to the 7 working days.

Takealot delivered a washing machine which was not the desired color i wanted and I followed the due pricess for return of item promptly.

Upon the item being returned , I was advised that the request for a refnd so I could buy a new item was declined due to Pen marks on the Box that was sealed???

My witness and I observed the package prior to lodging the dispute and fount no such pen marks prior to returning the item, furthermore ,the item was never tempered with, opened, used or removed from the original package.

I requested before shipment pictures from the case manager to prove that these were not made at transport level or even at their warehouse! I have received proof or further recourse. I have a witness willing to confirm under oath who is not family to confirm the above is correct.
